- Brand strategy and identity systems
- Website design and build
- Online store design and build
- White-label brand and web support
- Ongoing creative partner or retainer support
- Digital products, templates, or resources where available
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing through a proposal, quote, invoice, contract, email, or written project agreement.
3. Website use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt to hack, damage, overload, or disrupt the website
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit website content without permission
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful information
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
We may restrict access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Enquiries and project acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that we will accept your project.
We may decline a project if:
- It is not a good strategic fit
- The timeline is unrealistic
- The budget does not match the required scope
- The project involves unethical, misleading, illegal, or harmful activity
- Communication expectations are unclear or unreasonable
- We do not have availability
We are not obligated to explain every declined enquiry.
5. Proposals and scope
A project begins with an agreed scope, proposal, invoice, or written confirmation.
The scope may include details such as:
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Payment structure
- Revision rounds
- Required client materials
- Platform or technical requirements
- Launch or handover expectations
Anything not included in the agreed scope is not included in the project.
Extra requests, new pages, new features, new directions, major design changes, additional assets, extra meetings, urgent requests, or expanded deliverables may require additional payment.
6. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment structures may include:
- 50% upfront and 50% before launch, handover, or final delivery
- 100% upfront for smaller projects
- Monthly retainers paid upfront each month
Work does not begin until the required upfront payment has been received.
Payment confirms the booking of project time and allocation of resources.
All invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice. Late payments may delay the project, launch, delivery, or handover.
7. Payment methods
Current and future accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Wise
- Stripe
- Other approved payment methods
You are responsible for any bank fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, or taxes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Project start
A project is considered started when any strategy, planning, research, creative direction, design, development, preparation, communication, setup, or production work begins.
Because work typically begins after payment is received, payments are not refundable once made, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
See the Refund Policy for more details.
9. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide everything needed to complete the project, including:
- Accurate business information
- Brand, product, or service details
- Website content
- Images, videos, logos, or assets
- Platform access
- Hosting, domain, plugin, app, or software access
- Feedback and approvals
- Legal, compliance, or regulated-industry requirements relevant to your business
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all materials you provide.
We are not responsible for delays, errors, or limitations caused by missing, late, inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized client materials.
10. Third-party costs
Hosting, domains, premium fonts, plugins, apps, themes, stock assets, software, subscriptions, payment gateways, email tools, licenses, platform fees, and similar third-party costs may be required for a project.
Where agreed, the client may pay Mido Hasan and Mido Hasan may purchase or manage those third-party items on the client’s behalf.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Third-party costs are not included in the project fee
- Third-party costs remain the client’s responsibility
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
- We are not responsible for pricing changes, service outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers
11. Platforms
We may work with platforms including:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Framer
- Other tools or platforms agreed in writing
We are not responsible for limitations, bugs, downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or feature changes caused by third-party platforms.
12. Revisions
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, each project includes two revision rounds.
A revision round means reasonable refinements to work already presented, based on the agreed strategy and scope.
Revision rounds do not include:
- A completely new creative direction
- New pages or features
- Rewriting the original scope
- Replacing approved decisions
- Adding new deliverables
- Reworking the project because of late or changed client input
- Changes caused by incorrect information provided by the client
Additional revisions are charged separately.
Unless a different rate is agreed in writing, additional revisions may be charged at $150 per hour or quoted as a fixed additional fee depending on the request.
13. Client delays and inactivity
Client feedback, content, approvals, and access are required to keep the project moving.
If the client does not respond or provide required materials for 14 days, the project may be paused.
If the client does not respond or provide required materials for 30 days, the project may be closed, and any payments already made will not be refunded.
If a paused or closed project is restarted, additional fees may apply depending on availability, scope, and the amount of rework required.
Project timelines are not guaranteed if the client delays feedback, approvals, content, access, or payment.
14. Timelines
Timelines are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We do our best to meet agreed timelines, but timelines may change due to:
- Client delays
- Scope changes
- Third-party platform issues
- Payment delays
- Technical complications
- Late content or assets
- Force majeure events
- Changes requested after approval
We are not responsible for losses caused by timeline changes unless directly caused by serious negligence or intentional misconduct.
15. Approval and final delivery
Final delivery, launch, handover, file transfer, or access transfer may be withheld until full payment is received.
Final approved deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment is received.
Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Mido Hasan and/or UNRELIX LTD.
16. Ownership and intellectual property
After full payment is received, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables specifically created for the client, except for items we do not own or cannot transfer.
Mido Hasan and/or UNRELIX LTD retains ownership of:
- Unused concepts
- Rejected designs
- Drafts
- Internal files
- Working files
- Strategy documents not included in final deliverables

- Templates, systems, methods, frameworks, and know-how
- Pre-existing intellectual property
- Reusable code, components, styles, structures, or workflows not exclusive to the client
Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, stock materials, software, and platform components remain governed by their original licenses.
17. Portfolio and promotional use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Mido Hasan may display completed work for portfolio, case study, social media, proposal, educational, and promotional purposes.
This may include:

White-label work is confidential by default unless written permission is given.
For white-label projects:
- The agency owns the client relationship
- Mido Hasan may work behind the scenes
- Direct client contact may be excluded when agreed
- Portfolio use is not allowed unless the agency gives written permission
- Confidentiality expectations must be clearly agreed before the project begins
19. Post-launch support
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, website or store projects include 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes only.
Bug-fix support covers technical issues directly related to the agreed project work.
It does not include:
- New design changes
- New pages
- New sections
- New features
- Content updates
- Platform training
- Marketing support
- SEO campaigns
- Third-party app/plugin conflicts after launch
- Issues caused by client edits or third-party changes
Additional support can be quoted separately.
20. Retainers

Retainer scope, availability, turnaround times, communication process, and included work are agreed separately.
Unused retainer time, capacity, or services do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
Retainers do not guarantee unlimited work.
21. Digital products and templates
We may sell or provide digital products, templates, resources, or downloadable materials.
Digital products are provided as-is unless stated otherwise.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publish, or claim ownership of digital products unless the product license clearly allows it.
